JAMES THOMPSON JR. James B. Thompson Jr., 46, of 703 Anaqua St., died Sunday in Corpus Christi following a short illness. Mr. Thompson was born march 2, 1938 in Victoria. He was a self-employed painter. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Colonial Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Charlie Williams officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Simone Waller Thompson; his mother, Helen Hubert Thompson; two daughters, Michelle Thompson and Belinda Thompson; a son, Jeffery Thompson, all of Victoria; two sisters, Cheryl Arlene Russell of Houston and Carol Thompson of Victoria; and four brothers, Charles Harwood of Huntsville, John Thompson and Donald Thompson, both of Victoria, and Paul Thompson of San Antonio.
