Walter L. Davis, 82 , of 841 Cummings Lane N, died Thursday. Born in Madison, Neb., he was a system supervisor with the water and sanitation department of a railroad company. He retired in 1966. A longtime resident of Portland, he cametate Sadem two months ago. Survivours iclude his sister, Nellie Gassoway, North Bend, and grandson, Creighton R. Marlette, Salem. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Moscow City Cemetery, Moscow, Idaho. Local arrangements are under direction of Virgil T. Golden mortuary.
