TULSA, Okla. Billie Sue Johannsen, 58, of Tulsa died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 1999. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Moores Eastlawn Chapel. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Mrs. Johannsen was born Sept. 2, 1940, in Wichita Falls. After 30 years of service to the United States government, she retired from Southwestern Power Administration in 1995. She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, the German American Society of Tulsa and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. Survivors include her husband, A.M. Joe; two daughters, Dana Connella of De Ridder, La., and Jana of Tulsa; and a granddaughter.
