Brown, Ellis Passed away suddenly on Friday October 19, 2012 at Grand River Hospital, K-W Health Centre, Kitchener. Ellis resided in Kitchener and was born 69 years ago in Kansas City Missouri. Dear son of the late Warren & Joy (Moorehouse) Brown. Father of Michael and grandfather of Kaleb and Gavin of Oshawa. Loving brother of Linda Booth of Dallas Texas, Barry Brown & Jodie Ross of Kansas City, Missouri, Barbara & Gary Sheppard of Kansas City, Kansas, Joyce & Judson Hodge, Judith & Stephen Phipps all of Kitchener. Missed by sister-in-law Beverly Brown of Topeka, Kansas, nieces and nephews David, Julie, Jim, Tim, Tammy, Amy, Kelly, Melissa, Wendi, Crystal, Randy, Connie and Angela. Ellis was predeceased by a brother Edward Brown, sister Virginia Flaherty and nephew Dean Sheppard. Ellis was a member of Hillcrest Mennonite Church, New Hamburg and was employed as immigration consultant with Judith E. Phipps, Barristers and Solicitors in Kitchener. Family and friends may call at Hillcrest Mennonite Church, 1056 Huron Street, New Hamburg on Tuesday October 23, 2012 from 5-7 p.m.. The funeral service will take place at 7:00 p.m. following the visitation. Pastor Kevin Peters Unrau will officiate. A public interment will take place on Wednesday October 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Williamsburg Cemetery, Kitchener. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Hillcrest Mennonite Church, New Hamburg. Mark Juzti Funeral Home, New Hamburg assisted with the arrangements.
