Bio

Shirley Ann Koudelka passed away on October 15, 2012 at her home in Caldwell surrounded by her family. Shirley was born September 1, 1940 to Frank Orsag and Elsie (Skrabanek) Orsag in Caldwell, Texas. Shirley loved to travel, especially to Las Vegas. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and she loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Shirley is survived by her son, daughter and son-in-law, sister, sister-n-law and husband, grandchildren, great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Howard Koudelka; and son, Keith Charles Koudelka. (Strickland Funeral Home, Caldwell)
