Bio

Herald Coaster, April 29, 1974: Funeral services for Mrs. Annie E. Sliva, 73, of Sugar Land, were held Monday at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Sugar Land, with Rev. Roy Ogerro officiating. Burial was in the Catholic cemetery in Sealy. Mrs. Sliva was born in Europe in 1901 and had been a resident of Sugar Land for a number of years. She is survived by her husband, Jerry J. Sliva of Sugar Land; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Prikryl and Mrs. Jack Pierce of Sugar Land, Mrs. Fred David of Freeport; two brothers, John Hauerland and Anton Hauerland of Sealy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were under the direction of Garmany and Co.
