Funeral service for Billie Sue Henderson, 68 of Sterling, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the First Baptist Church of Sterling, with Mr. Adrian Smith, and Dr. Mark Hall, pastor, officiating A special viewing and visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, October, 19, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Henderson passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 in Lawton of natural causes. Burial will be at Sterling Cemetery under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. Billie was born on January 17, 1944 in Sterling, Oklahoma to Malcolm and Margaret (Bailey) Moore. She grew up in Sterling and graduated from Lawton High School in 1962. Billie married Jimmie E. Upton in the summer of 1962 in Lawton, Oklahoma and later married Joe L. Henderson in December, 1977 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He passed away in September, 2000. She worked at Ball's Quick Stop as a cook in Sterling. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed the outdoors, having coffee with her friends at the cafe and garage sales. She is survived by her children, Joanne Jones and her husband, Kenneth, of Indiahoma, Charlotte Bietsch and her husband, Mark, of Dixon, Missouri, Bobby Upton and his partner Sean Ferguson, of Lawton and Malcolm Upton and his wife, Tatiane, of Plano, Texas; her sisters and brother, Mary Ballard and her husband, Robert "RD" of Sterling, Linda Fletcher and her husband, Leon, of Comanche, and David Moore, of Oklahoma City; 10 grandchildren, Tony Hale, Joni Hale, Ashlee Jones, Jessica Minor, Tiffany Upton, Christy Dike, Rachael Bietsch, Amanda Bietsch, Kelsey Bietsch, and Dylan Bietsch; and 11 great grandchildren, Terry, Tony, Tobin, Jordan, Peyton, Kynlee, Koal, Mckenna, Kaylynn, Kinsey and Elizabeth. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe Henderson and her son, Jimmie E. Upton. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
