Marriage record from Czech Archives lists the marriage of Josef Mares and Anna Vondra on 23 April 1872 in Křepenice. Josef is listed as the son of Josef Mares and Katerina Kvida of Dubliny - age 25 (born 14 Jan 1847) of Dubliny, House #5 and Anna daughter of Josef Vondra and Magdalena Zaruba - age 18 (born 26 Jul 1854) of Hojšín, house #13. http://ebadatelna.soapraha.cz/d/5889/146 Immigration records show the family immigrated in 1884, leaving 5 Mar from Hamburg aboard the Rhaetia, arriving in New York on 21 Mar. Mares: Josef - 36, Anna - 29, Marie - 8, Albine - 7 and Josef - 2. One daughter, Anna was born and died 26 Nov 1877 in Dubliny.
