Married second, 1915 NE, Katherine "Katie" Unknown Princ -------------------------------------- John Penas was born in Bohemia June 22, 1834 and passed away at Ord, Nebraska, January 26, 1924, aged 89 years, 7 months, and 4 days. He was married in the old country and came to America in 1884, taking a home stead (sic) in Custer county where he lived until the death of his wife in October 1913. In 1915 he married Mrs. Prince of Ord and she survives him. Ord has been their home since their marriage. Besides his wife deceased leaves four daughters, Mrs. Mary Brimm of Ord, Mrs. Anna Frank Rousek of Burwell, Mrs. Tillie Frank Koler of Comstock and Mrs. Francis Albert Voracek of Fargo, N. D. There are also several sisters and one brother. They are Mrs. Anna V. Hejsek of Ord, Mrs. Mary Moch of Burwell, Mrs. Barbara John Pochap of Pierce, Nebr., Mrs. Antonia Schultz of Prague, Oklahoma and Frank Penas of Ord.
