Bio

Services for Anton Holub, 98, retired farmer and the oldest male resident of Baylor County were held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Anton Holub married Josephine Baca on 29 October 1895 at Schulenburg, Texas. The couple moved to Baylor County in 1907. She preceded him in death. He was a member of SPJST Lodge 95. Survived by one daughter - Mrs. Martha Cernosek; four sons - Ed, Emil and Julius Holub; 13 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren.
