Married to Daniel August Frederick "Fred" Herboldsheimer on December 4, 1906. Widowed February 14, 1910. ------------------------------------ Big Horn County Rustler no. 21 February 03, 1911, page 3: Married – in the office of the County Clerk, in Basin, on Friday, January 27, Mr. Alva Henry Herboldsheimer and Mrs. Leah May Herboldsheimer, both of Powell, Justice O.J. Robinson officiating. Mrs. Herboldsheimer was the widow of the brother of Mr. Herboldsheimer. ------------------------------------ Leah lost both her father and her first husband, Fred, to an accident when the two men were digging a well for a neighbor. They both suffocated from the foul gas of the exploded dynamite.
