[www.legacy.com] Rex Boone, age 94, died Wednesday, September 1, 2010 in Bullhead City. He was a 7 year resident of Arizona. Rex was born February 20, 1916 in Huntington, Texas. After serving his country in the US Army he worked for Ford as a Sales Manager. He was active in Toastmasters, Kiwanis and co-founder of United Cerebral Palsy. Rex was preceded in death by his wife, Josie Boone and two sons, Joe and Rex Wayne Boone. He is survived by his son, Russell (Nancy) Boone from Corona, Calif.; daughter, Carolyn (John) Hoffman, of Spokane, Wash.; and his daughter-in-law Janet Boone of Bullhead City; two grandsons, five granddaughters and 19 great grandchildren. There will be a memorial service held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Dimond & Sons Silver Bell Chapel, 2620 Silver Creek Rd, Bullhead City. Reverend John Coolidge will be officiating.
