Alexis Collander LEWISVILLE—Funeral services for Alexis Kay Collander, 31, of Lewisville, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lamb of God Lutheran Church in Lewisville. The Rev. James W. Mueller will officiate. Burial will be in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Mrs. Collander died Monday in a Dallas hospital. Survivors include her husband, Jerry Collander of Lewisville; her parents, Alex Petrie of Chicago, Ill., and LaVerne Johnson of Dallas; one daughter, Jerri Kay Collander of Lewisville; one son, Gary Don Collander of Lewisville; two sisters, Rita Hanks of Lewisville and Latricia Hall of Dallas; and two brothers, Gary Petrie of Chicago and Ronald Wylie of Longview. Dalton and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
