Bio
Georgia was born May 15, 1923, in Killam, Alberta, Canada. She was married to Donald G. Bennett until his death two years ago. Georgia moved to the United States in 1954 and worked as a registered nurse at Tri-State Hospital until taking a position as the medical records supervisor, where she remained until her retirement. Georgia and Don were musicians around the valley and in the Airstream club for many years. She was an accomplished keyboard player. Georgia is survived by her five children, six grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren as well as another due to be born this week. Georgia spent the last two years as a resident at Royal Plaza and performed with lifelong friend, Colleen Friddle, for events at the facility. "Life is like a piano. . .
