Bio

Pauline Julia Gayle, affectionately called "Paul" was preceded in death by her parents Emmett Childers Gayle and Minnie Yelverton Gayle. Pauline was never married but spent her life in service to the Lord Jesus Christ. She graduated from Baylor University and traveled with a missionary to Johnson City, Tn to serve as an elementary school teacher. She taught many foreign students English using the Bible and converted many to Christ. These students often returned to their country of origin and started churches. She was a mother to many. After over fifty years in Tennessee she returned to her family in Magnolia where she spent her last days. She was a loving and kind person, generous to all.
