Bio

According to the 1900 census she was born December 1850 in Bohemia, emigrated to the United States in 1872, had been married for twenty-seven years, and was the mother of four children, three living. At that time she farmed with her husband in Skull Creek Township, Butler County, Nebr. ''''''''''''''''''''''' The Brainard Clipper (Brainard, Nebr.), January 25, 1917, p. 5, col. 6 Mrs. John Stuchlik died at her home near Bruno Monday night from apoplexy, this being her fourth stroke of apoplexy during the past four years. Funeral services will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic church in Bruno, Thursday morning, January 25th. ''''''''''''' Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), January 25, 1917, p. 7, col. 1 Bruno Mrs. Stuchlik died Monday evening, Jan. 22, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Gruntorad. She had been in ill health for a long time. Funeral services were held Wednesday.
