Daughter of Martin and Mary Sloup. Married John Sloup on November 12, 1884 at David City, Nebr. by a County Judge. At that time she was a resident of Saunders County. ''''''''' Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), October 27, 1938, p. 5, col. 6 Died Tuesday Morning Mrs. Anna Sloup, 75 years of age, died about 7 o'clock Tuesday morning at the Anton Styskal home in east David City, where she had been cared for during the past several months. Funeral services were held at St. Mary's Catholic church, David City, at 8:30 o'clock Wednesday morning and burial was in the Catholic cemetery. Mrs. Sloup leaves a daughter, Mrs. Masek, and a son, Emil Sloup of Garrison.
