Oma Mae Frerichs passed away Friday, September 21, 2012, at Parkside Manor in Stuart, NE. Oma Mae was born on May 8, 1918, in Hebron, NE to Waldo and Helen (Genieu) Morris. Oma Mae met Fred Frerichs and they were married on February 25, 1936, in Gurley, NE. He passed away March 31, 1971. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church and Ladies Aide, and The Red Hat Society. Oma Mae enjoyed being around her family. She loved to read books, including her Bible, and did beautiful embroidery work. Oma Mae is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Fred, 1 Son, Fred Jr., 1 Grandson, 1 Granddaughter, 1 Sister, and 1 Brother. Oma Mae is survived by: Sons; Jim Frerichs and wife Norma, of Atkinson, NE., Tom Frerichs and wife Judy, of North Platte, NE. and Paul Frerichs and wife Teri, of North Platte, NE.; Daughters; Alice Fahrenholz and husband Gerald, of Stuart, NE. and Helen Brewster and husband Wayne, of Ewing, NE.; 23 Grandchildren; 45 Great Grandchildren and sister, Lillian Brink, of Tualatin, OR. Burial was in the O'Neill Prospect Cemetery, O'Neill, NE.
