Bio

Fern was the daughter of Chester Fairchild & Louella Jones and the sister of Otto Fairchild, Agnes Fairchild, Doyle Fairchild and an infant sister who died soon after she was born. Fern married Leslie Alldredge on April 10, 1910 in Mt. Vernon, Posey Co., In. They had two sons: Charles Elwood Alldredge and Doyle Melburn Alldredge. After Leslie's death, Fern married Fred Eugene Nichols and they had a son: Harold Gene Nichols.
