David Lewis Goins age 67 of Tazewell, TN was born October 7, 1944 and passed away September 16, 2012 at his home with his family. He was a member of Big Springs Primitive Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Katherine Carroll Goins; Sisters, Shirley Dyer, Mae McMurray and Ruby Wallace. He is survived by his wife of 44 years: Susie Ann Goins Sons: Robert (Bobby) Goins and Johnathan Goins all of Tazewell Grandchildren: Jacob Goins, Robert Goins,Natasha Goins, Elisha Goins, Ashely Goins and John Goins 4 great grandchildren Brothers: Herbert Goins Hobart and Nora Goins all of Tazewell, TN Chester and Patricia Goins of New Tazewell, TN Sisters: Peggy Irvin and Thelma Keck both of Tazewell, TN Sisters-in-law: Lois Carter of Greenville, TN Martha McGeorge of Kentucky and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 P.M. Tuesday night at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell. Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M Wednesday September 19, 2012 at Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Hooper Cemetery Singers: The Goins Family Pallbearers: Scott Ramsey, Jacob Goins, Robert Goins, Gary Bunch, Johnny Goins, Mitchell Irvin, John Goins Coffey Funeral Home in charge.
