Bio

Elsie "Ann" Jones, 85, passed away Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012. Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Ann was born Jan. 29, 1927, in Holiday, to Bertha and James Stallcup. The family would like to thank her many friends at Meals on Wheels and her faithful pet, Mason. Elsie was preceded in death by her husband, John Alton Jones; son, Ronnie Alvin Jones; three sisters; and one brother. Survivors: Son, Gary Jones and wife, Lisa; granddaughter, Amy French Jones; grandson, Shane Jones and wife, Jennifer and their mother, Connie French Jones; brother, James Stallcup and wife, Becky; and numerous nieces and nephews.
