ALLIE C. MILLER Allie C. Miller, 81, of Victoria died Wednesday, May 31, 1995. She was born Feb. 24, 1914 in Mineola, Ark., to the late Henry and Molly Chambers Ralls. She was a retired secretary from Victoria Bank & Trust's personnel department, having served 26 years. She was a Baptist. Survivors: daughter, Sandra Stanly Swoboda of Huntsville; sister, Bonnie Henry of Victoria; Henry "Hank" Helble of Victoria; and two grandsons. Preceded in death by; husband, William C. "Bill" Miller. Visitation: 7-8 p.m. today, Rosewood Funeral Chapels. Services: 3 p.m. Saturday, at the funeral home chapel, the Rev. James Shamburger officiating.
