Schulenburg Sticker, 23 June 1910 The Sticker regrets to hear of the death of Frank Janda which occurred Monday last at LaGrange after a brief illness. The many friends of the family join the Sticker in extending sincere sympathy to the bereaved wife. Mr. Janda was foreman of the Svoboda office. Schulenburg Sticker, 23 June 1910 LAGRANGE NEWS. Mr. Frank Janda died Monday morning at 7 o’clock. Mr. Janda was deservedly popular, he was honest, upright, kind and just. The many friends of Mrs Janda sympathize with her in her sad hour. Schulenburg Sticker, 23 June 1910 Fayette County Record. Frank Janda, foreman of the “Svoboda,” is seriously ill since last week Wensday [sic], with penumonia [sic]. He is under the cair [sic] of Dr. Moore and Dr. McKinney and hopes are entertained for a speedy recovery. A trained nurse was sent for today. Schulenburg Sticker, 30 June 1910 LAGRANGE NEWS. The funeral of Mr Frank Janda took place from his home Tuesday afternoon at 5 o’clock and was one of the largest corteges seen here for years. The floral offerings from the Etaerio, Mothers and Handel Clubs social organization of which Mr. and Mrs. Janda were members, were very beautiful.
