Bio
According to the 1900 census she was born April 1844 in Moravia, emigrated to the United States in 1873, had been married for 35 years, and was the mother of eight children, seven living. At that time she and her husband farmed in Linwood Township, Butler County, Nebr. ''''''''''''''''''''''' Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), February 8, 1917, p. 6, col. 2 Abie Grandma Virgl died Monday, Feb. 5 from infirmity of advanced age. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Father Hanzlik. Burial was in the Catholic cemetery.
