Daughter of Joseph and Katherine (Buresh) Cuda. Katha. Cuda, age 16, from Bohemia, destination David City, Ne, was a passenger on the ship Suevia which arrived in New York City from Le Havre, France on April 11, 1887. Married Joseph Urbanek on July 21, 1896 at Abie, Nebr. by Rev. Fr. Joseph Koutek. '''''' Peoples Banner (Butler County, Nebr.), May 11, 1905, p. 4, col. 4 Linwood Mrs. Joseph Urbanek, who was taken sick early last fall, and was in a hospital at Omaha several times, where she underwent a critical operation, died at her home here Monday, at 2 o’clock p.m., being about 30 years of age. Deceased leaves a husband and three little daughters, the youngest being about two years old and the oldest seven years, also her aged parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Cuda, who resides near Abie and highly respected citizens of that community. We extend sympathy to the bereaved parents, husband and little children.
