Birth date calculated from age at death. Married Edward Polacek on September 27, 1910 at St. John's Catholic Church, Prague, Nebr. ``````````````````` Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), March 3, 1920, p. 6, col. 3 [under Abie column] Mrs. Edward Polacek died at her home four miles east of Abie Monday, Feb. 23. She had been in poor health for several years, but was critically ill only four days before she died. She was in her 30th year. Her maiden name was Anna Ostry. Burial was made in the Catholic cemetery at Abie. Surviving Mrs. Polacek are her husband, five small children, the eldest being seven years of age and the youngest five weeks old. She is survived also by her mother and several brothers and sisters.
