Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), January 23, 1930, p. 1, col. 2 Little Girl Passed On Helen Jisa, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Jisa, living southeast of David City, died at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 19, after illness of several months with leakage of he heart. She was aged seven years and nine months. She was born in Dwight April 20, 1922. Funeral services were held at St. Francis Catholic church, Center township, Tuesday morning in charge of Rev. Patrick Harte. Burial was in St. Francis cemetery. ______ Butler County Press , January 30, 1930, p. 2, col. 3 Funeral on Tuesday, Jan. 21 Funeral services for Helen Jisa, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Jisa, who died at her home Sunday, Jan. 19, after illness of some time with leakage of the heart, were held at St. Francis Catholic Church, Center township, at 10:00 o'clock Tuesday morning, Jan. 21. The services were in charge of Rev. Patrick Harte and Rev. John G. Hotovy. The pallbearers were John Bohaty, Thomas Bohaty, Jerry Kozisek and Alois Koziseg, cousins of Helen. Burial was in St. Francis cemetery. She was born at Dwight April 20, 1922 ad was aged seven years and nine months at the time of her death. She is survived by her parents and one sister and one brother, Mary and Emil. ___ Card of Thanks - We wish to express our heartfelt thanks for all the kindness and help given us by our many friends and neighbors during the illness and at time of death of our daughter and sister, also for the many beautiful flowers.
