Private Company K 27th Alabama Infantry Admitted to the Fourth Street Hospital, in St. Louis, on February 22, 1862, with complaints of diarrhea. Died while a prisoner of war, at the Fourth Street Hospital. Cause of death listed as typhoid pneumonia
