People's Banner (David City, Nebr.), June 14, 1900, p. 8, col. 4 Mrs. Kate Maixner of Plum Creek died last Sunday at the age of 85 years. The funeral took place Monday at the Catholic church in Dwight, conducted by a priest from Crete. Deceased was mother of Stephen Maixner and Mrs. Tony Hottonr, of Plum Creek.
