Frank Austin was the last child born to John Austin and Emma Grace Austin. Her first was born in 1847, Frank was #17th. Sarah Austin Allen is Frank Austin's older sister. She was #9. In 1880, the Allen boys were living with John and Emma Austin. Provided by A Find A Grave visitor
