Bio

When Benjamin Pollard Majors was born on February 3, 1775, in Dorchester, Maryland, his father, John, was 39 and his mother, Rebecca, was 43. He married Elizabeth Newton and they had nine sons and three daughters together between 1798 and 1821. He then married Laurina Kelly on February 20, 1807, in Jefferson City, Tennessee.
