In the Military Vermont Roster, it states that Frank LaRose was age 25 4/12 yrs... Frank LaRose was inducted: May 3 1918 in South Hero Org: Co L 115th Inf ; to discharged Overseas, Jun 14, 1918 to Feb 15, 1919 Slightly Wounded Aug 31, 1918 Discharge from service: Feb 28, 1919 Camp Devens. He married Mildred (Cameron) Jan 20 1917 in South Hero, Vermont They had two daughters born in Vermont, Pauline and Mae Alice. This family removed to Maine abt 1941.
