Jean Sanca Calvert May 22, 1924 – July 30, 2012 Jean Sanca Calvert, age 88, a native and resident of Robertsdale passed away Monday, July 30, 2012. Mrs. Calvert is preceded in death by her husbands, Robert A. "Buck" Sanca and J. Arnold Calvert; daughter, Judith Rice and sister, Dorothy Phillips. She is survived by her daughter, Chris (Bob) Childress of Silverhill, AL; grandsons, Tony (Tracy) Rice of Gulf Shores, AL, Tim (Candy) Rice of Austin, TX and Eric (Jennifer) Childress of Robertsdale, AL; great granddaughter, Kristin Rice, sister, Polly Barnhill of Seminole, AL and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside funeral services and burial will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Silverhill Cemetery with Rev. Steve Spining officiating. Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, HWY 59 Robertsdale, AL 36567.
