Mrs. Jerry Bartek (Georgia Dvorak) passed away Wednesday, March 21 at St. Elizabeth's hospital at Lincoln, three weeks after she had given birth baby son Leonard. Georgia Dvorak, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Dvorak, was born on a farm near Brainard April 22, 1907. She was 37 years of age at the time of her death. She was united in marriage to Jerry Bartek and to this union were born six children. Benedict, Valerian, Angela, Jerold, Albert and Leonard who survive. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 24, at 10 a. m. at Dwight Assumption church with Rev. W. Michalicka, O.S.B and Rev. Mark Horacek officiating. The church choir furnished the music for the Requiem mass. Interment was held in St. Mary's cemetery at Dwight. Pallbearers were: Roy Blowers, Albert Bivincensky, Ivan Kobza, Anton Bartek, Prank Tesina and Adolf Policky. She leaves to mourn a bereaved, husband, and six children, her parents, Mr. and Mrs., Joseph, Dvorak, Senior of Brainard, six sisters, Mrs. Leontine Blowers, and Mrs. Patricia Kaiser, both of Omaha, Mrs. Lydia Bivincensky of Valparaiso, Mrs. Blanche Fujan and Mrs. Alice Tesinsky of Weston and Miss Mary Dvorak of Brainard, and five brothers, Theo Dvorak of Peterson, Iowa, Hubert of Prague, Edward Dvorak, BM 2-C Coast Guard, in California, Frank and Joe of Brainard.
