Daughter of Abraham Hunsaker and Margaret Sweeten Married Isaac Eberhard David Zundel, 11 Oct 1883, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah Children - Eberhart Lorenzo Zundel, Weldon Zundel, Lavon Zundel, Lorenzo Zundel, Harold Zundel, Golden Zundel, Earl Zundel Idumea, the fourth child of Margaret Sweeten and Abraham Hunsaker, was born in Brigham City on 8 December 1860. To tell the life story of Idumea would be to recount the lonesome years of childhood. Her mother died when she was only two years old. The hardships and poverty of most of the pioneers were the lot of Idumea during her youth. She married Isaac E. Zundel on 11 October 1883. The first years of her married life were trying ones as she was a plural wife. Idumea made the long and arduous journey walking to Mexico, carrying one baby and with three small children tugging along at her side. She reared seven children under very difficult conditions. For some time she lived in Arizona where her husband was a Bishop, and where on various occasions she entertained high Church authorities. During the latter years of her life she lived in eastern and southern Oregon, where she died in 1937.
