Bio

Son of Ingman Finney and Mary Elizabeth Mouser. Mess sergeant, 355 Infantry Regiment, 89th Division. This regiment was formed in 1917 in Kansas. Its soldiers primarily came from Nebraska. The unit fought in WWI in France, and after the Armistice it had some occupation duty in Germany before it returned home. He entered the Army on September 18, 1917 and was discharged on June 2, 1919.
