Bio

James W. Rowe was married to Nettie Keith and they lived on Keith Rd. They lived close enough to the Troup County line that their mailing address was Hogansville. James was a farmer by trade and once owned a dairy business. He was also a member of the Cattlemans Association and a member of the School Board. He also was a mail carrier. Wyche and Nettie adopted their son Charles Edward Rowe and he was their only child. Their grandchildren would be Dana Lee Rowe, David Edward Rowe, and Michael James Rowe. He was a good honest man who tried to live a good life.
