Sylvia Rue Roberts, age 81, of McKinney, Texas, passed away July 12, 2012, in Dallas, Texas. Sylvia was born March 7, 1931, in New Hope, Texas, to Bennie Alton and Bessie Viola (Bates) Taylor. She married Charlie Roberts on March 9, 1991, in Murphy, Texas. She is survived by her son, Randy Corzine of McKinney, Texas; granddaughter, Leona Strouhal and husband, Mark of Austin, Texas; great-grandson, Aden Strouhal of Austin, Texas; great-granddaughter, Olivia Strouhal, also of Austin, Texas; nieces, Darlene Carpenter and family of Murphy, Texas and Jean Toler and family of McKinney, Texas; nephew, Pat Taylor and family of Iowa Park, Texas; very special friend, Bob Lancello of Allen, Texas; and numerous other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Roberts, sister, Dois Gene Nelson, brother, Ben Taylor, and parents, Mudd and Pop Taylor.
