FRITCH - Melvin C. Presley, 72, of Fritch, died Monday, June 4, 2001. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Fritch Church of Christ with Richard Kasko, minister, officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Love at Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors. Mr. Presley was born in Amherst. He was a pump operator for Phillips Petroleum Co. Survivors include a brother, C.A. Presley of Fort Worth; a sister, Marlene Webb of Adrian; two granddaughters; and a great-grandson. (Published in Amarillo Globe-News, June 6, 2001)
