Sherman Memorial services for Patti Jo Chumley, 54, will be held Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. at 105 Sequoya Dr, Lake Kiowa, Texas. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas. Family visitation will be Thursday, February 9, from 7 8 p.m. at the funeral home. She passed away on February 7, 2012 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital WNJ in Sherman, Texas. She was born on September 12, 1957 to John Thomas and Iva Bell Perbetsky in Sherman, Texas. She married Larry Wayne Chumley on November 11, 1973 in Howe, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Larry Chumley, of Sherman, TX; daughters: Sophia Mendoza of Mt. Pleasant, TX; Sue Chumley of Whitesboro, TX; six grandchildren: Larry, Tammy, and Shara Chumley; Sevastian and Ricky Barron; and Maria Mendoza; and one great-grandchild - Ayden Barron; brother, Thomas Perbetsky of Martinez, GA; sisters, Janice Petel of Fairfield, OH; Tona Ogle of Talihina, OK; and mother Iva Mae Perbetsky of Denison, TX; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Alvie Mae Bell; and her father, John Perbetsky.
