Bio

In the book "Faces and Places That Live In My Heart" by Jeanette Dyess Ryan she states that Winfield and his wife Eliza moved to Baldwin County from Monroe County around 1890 with their children Elijah, Sarah (Sally), Annie, George, Mina, Bettie Ann and Lula and homesteaded 160 acres in Antioch (which is now part of the Rosinton community). Eliza Jane Hobbs was his 1st wife and Eliza Jane Jeters was his second wife.
