m: Mary H Duff 18 Mar 1959 in Okanogan Co, WA m: Elizabeth Mayberry 23 May 1959 in Okanogan Co, WA OROVILLE - Walter S. Forster, 82, died suddenly Sunday at his home in Tonasket. Mr. Forster was born Aug. 2, 1880, at Chetek (Barron County), Wisc. He married Harriet Hankins in 1899. She preceded him in death in 1858 and he then married Elisabeth Mayberry. Mr. Forster came to Republic in 1910 where he followed the sawmill business until moving to Tonasket in 1941. He had lived there since. Surviving are his widow; one daughter, Mrs. Edna Marks, Seattle; three brothers, Vern, Republic; Everett, Oroville; and Lloyd, Salt Lake City, Utah; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Chattman, Addy; Mrs. Laura Bangs, Riffe; and Mrs. Mable Woodward, Omak; two stepchildren; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
