Born in Pa. to James and Jane Anderson who emigrated in 1840 from Scotland Andrew Gibb ran away from home and settled in Aerosmith Il. Married Susan McGowen in 1868. Early settler in Seward co. 1874, farmed south of Stablehurst Ne. in 1918 built a house and moved to Ulysses in retirment. Died jan 1920
