Bio
Daughter of Theodore W. & Hattie (Lutzke) Blair. She received her early education at rural district #30 in Nance County. In 1934 she graduated from Genoa High School. She married Carl H. Bivens on December 31, 1939 in Archer, Nebraska. Along with raising her family she worked at Dale Electronics in Columbus for 20 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Silver Creek where she was active with the U.M.W. and Bible study class.
