Bio

Dr. James M. Willis and Cordelia Blalock were married by the Rev. Wm. Crawford on Jan. 18, 1848 in Upson County, Georgia. She was most likely buried in the First Street Cemetery of Waco and later re-interred in Oakwood Cemetery. Her death date is three years prior to establishment of Oakwood Cemetery.
