Born in Kentucky, he moved to Central Florida in 1985. He was Protestant. He was a member of the LakeCnty Shrine Club, the Bahia Temple of Orlando, the Scottish Rite & past master of the Andover OH Masonic Lodge. MrWhitt was a WW2 Army veteran. Survivors include: his wife-Winifred M; 3 sons: Colin J, Roy E-both of Ashland KY & Arden L-Ashtabula OH; a dau: Joy A Stapleton-Rush KY; a bro: Dennie Jr, Huntington WV; 9 grand-children; 5 gr-grandchildren. Beyer's Funeral Home-Leesburg.
