Bio
Caryl Morris, 67 of Longview, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Friday, June 15, 2012 from Good Shepherd Hospital. She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother and nurse and a member of Valley View Baptist Church in Longview. She is survived by her mother, Mary Bounds of Paris; sisters, Susan Campbell of Paris, Debbie Hooton and husband Jack of Seattle, Elizabeth Spratt and husband Ronnie of Irving, Ann Jones and husband Mark of Deport; brothers, John Bounds and wife Trish, Jason Bounds and wife Sonya of Blossom; one grandchild, Jerred Meadors and wife Lauren of Irving; two great-grandchildren, Harley and Jaxon. Funeral services have been scheduled for Monday, June 18 at 2:30 at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Lindsay officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service at the funeral home. Pallbearers will brothers, Jason Bounds and John Bounds; brother-in-law, Ronnie Spratt; nephews, Justin Bounds, Eric Campbell and Casey Smith. The family would like to extend gratitude to Dr. Martin and the nursing staff at Good Shepherd ICU.
