THE PARIS NEWS, Fri., Jan. 27 1995, p.2A: Allie M. O'Brien, 76, of Paris died Wednesday, Jan. 25, 1995, in East Texas Medical Center in Athens. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, in Gene Roden's Sons Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Sam Caldwell officiating. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mr. O'Brien was born Jan. 3, 1919, in Nash, a son of Frank M. and Molly K. Johnson O'Brien. He married Edith Mae Buie Jan. 2, 1939. She died Nov. 27, 1978. He was a past employee of Paris City Bus Lines, past owner of Ace Radiator and past owner of Paris Yellow Cab Co. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Shriners. He was a Methodist and served in the Navy. Surviving are a son, Bradley O'Brien of Powderly; a daughter, Una May Presley of Texarkana, TX; three brothers, George O'Brien of MO, Harold O'Brien of Orange and Frank O'Brien of Paris; one sister, Gladys Smith of MD; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Charley Brown, Kenneth Rose, Danny Seay, Roscoe Branum, Jack Williams and George Young Jr.' Location of grave is assumed to be next to wife in Meadowbrook and has not been confirmed
