Aggie (Angie) Jacobs, 91, passed away Monday, June 11, 2012, in Bowie, Texas. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2012, in the Drawing Room of the White Family Funeral Home with Joe Caballero officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Seagoville, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6:00 til' 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at the White Family Funeral Home. Arrangements are entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home of Bowie. Angie was born December 25, 1920 to Jim and Sally (Alcorn) Tyra in Leonard, Texas. She married Donald L. Jacobs and lived most of her life in Dallas County. Angie is remembered with love and appreciation for her devoted years of life as a wife, mother, and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Sally Tyra and husband, Donald Jacobs. Angie is survived by her daughter, Shirley Lewis of Florida; son, Jimmie C. Dexter (Spensberger) of Sunset; seven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
