Jones Family Funeral Services McComb, MS Hilda Young Freeman, 85 of McComb died April 27, 2012 at McComb Nursing and Rehab. Mrs. Freeman was born on July 14, 1926 in Amite County to the late Ras and Hazel Williams Young. She was a retired clerk for Bell South Telephone Company where she worked for 32 years. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and a longtime member of North McComb Baptist Church. Mrs. Freeman was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband of 56 years Earl Freeman of McComb; one son Gary Freeman and his wife Sandra of Mt. Pleasant, SC; three grandchildren Colby and Colin Freeman of Charleston, SC, and Dylan Freeman of Mt. Pleasant, SC. Visitation will be Sunday evening at Jones Funeral Home from 5 until 7 PM and continues Monday from 10 until services there at 11. Burial will follow at Hollywood Cemetery. Rev. Joe Ratcliff and Rev. Ken Kirk will officiate. Pallbearers will be Colby, Colin, Jeff and Keith Freeman, Gerald Wallace and Eddie Roberts.
